As a writer, I sometimes feel like a pebble in a rock pile. So many books are being published each day and I wonder, how do you get noticed? I know when I walk along a stony beach I wonder why a certain pebble stands out and I bend down to pick it up and take it home. Was it the shape, the color, the smoothness, the texture? It’s the same with books. I have published five novels, a collection of short stories, three books of poetry and a book of essays on education. They are on Amazon and Clayfield Book. I also published several erotic romance novels under the name J.E. Wiseman which are also on Amazon and Sweet Cravings Publishing. I do everything I can to get them noticed but have not been successful, even though those who have read my books love them and several have received 5 star reviews. They each have excellent covers but are like the pebble in the rock pile of so many other provocative covers. I’m sure many writers feel the same way and yet we keep writing and writing not so much for fame or fortune but to be read and touch people’s lives. Check out my other books at Clayfield Books. http://clayfieldbooks.com
