Hello, I'm a new author. My first book Red Skies At Dawn was published in February & I am working on the sequel now. I have an idea for a third in the series but need to complete #2 first. My series is an erotic romance about bikers. Book one has some in your face scenes depicting some of the actions of a bad biker who is into drugs & sex, and might not be for everyone. I ended it rather abruptly, leaving you wanting more. The sequel starts a few months after the first book and so far it is full of twists & turns that should keep the reader enthralled. I'm hoping to get it out in the fall.

I work full time as a nurse & find it difficult to write everyday. I'm trying to join a few writing groups for networking and encouragement.

I have written a noir romance with a fierce heroine who becomes the concubine to Louis XXIV and from direst poverty she conquers European royalty.. I call her Carmen Caballito or "Gitana". This is a character study not a boy meets girl cliche. She is explosive, powerful, loving, a nuanced character not a vanilla milkshake.

I might add I researched ancient gypsy culture and the 17th century world.  This piece is erotic and riveting.

This past Saturday marked nine years I have been home from prison, and being a free man is something that only those who have spent time behind bars can truly understand and appreciate.

Not being required to ask such simple questions, such as when to go to the bathroom and shower, or what time is permitted to visit the library or get exercise, is just the tip of the iceberg.

For me personally, I have more than merely the physical freedom that release from incarceration restored.

I am now more at peace with myself, comfortable in my own skin, loaded with self-esteem and self-confidence, and able to live my life as I want, as opposed to being a follower, which I was for so many years in the past.

However, perhaps best of all, I am clean & sober, and using what I have learned about myself and the disease of addiction to help others with their own recovery.

I only wish my beloved late father, Irving Goldstein, was alive today, in order that he could see that I finally started to do things right, and that everything my father always used to tell me from his own experiences, and the values he instilled into me, are something I rely upon so much each and every single day.

My book, “Jew in Jail,” will forever be dedicated to my father and how much I love and respect him for always being there for me, and I will continue to do my best to honor my father’s memory by living a fruitful life, including helping others.

Never will I take anything in life for granted, from the simplest of things such as a bright sunny day, to enjoying the company of family and friends, to my own health and well-being.

If it is true that the best things in life are free, then I would have to consider myself a multi-billionaire!

The Google's video "Meet Gmail's new inbox" received about 553351 views on Youtube in just 1 day. If you Google "Gmail" in the News section you will realise that a truly (r)evolutionary Interface is being launched by Google in its Gmail in a week's time. Google rocks again! The new Gmail interface will organize all the emails, Google+ updates, Promotional offers and apps related emails in separate tabs so that a user will never have to do so. 

Let us see how the new features will impact the users and businesses...

1. First things first:
   You can put all your primary emails into one tab. As one would expect this tab comes first. If you are a business owner then this feature is truly beneficial because you would be eliminating the "clutter" and ONLY the most important emails will hit this primary emails tab.
2. Get Social+:
   Next comes the Social Tab where all the Google+ circle of friends and related posts will appear. This is particularly useful for users who are looking to Socialise. This would significantly increase the "follows" on Google+ circles. It is clear that Google has come up with a strategy to compete against Facebook. The Strategy is simple - If you look at the screenshot above (Fig1) you can see that the Social Tab (Google+) is VISIBLE. With this Google is trying to leverage the number of Gmail subscribers to direct them to Google plus. (+1) to Google!
3. Get some big deal(s):
   The third one will contain any emails related to promotions. This means that businesses can leverage this by sending all the promotional offers, deals, Group buying etc. to this tab.
4. Lets (Google) play:
   The fourth tab (Google Play) which is probably the most important tab for Mobile users contains the updates about one's collection of Android apps. Businesses can promote all the useful apps by sending them to the user which hits the Google Play tab. User can go over to this tab and choose the app s/he wants to.

We are not sure yet if this would get rid of "filter" option in Gmail - the web version of it will be available in few days.

Gmail on Mobile:
Ditto for Android, iOS and other Mobile devices; Google has organised the emails in such a way that the most important one (primary email) comes to the top. This is probably because of the screen size as a constraint (Fig2).

The best part of the whole story is that users can always switch back to the older classic version of emails. Google in its announcement says that the new Gmail will put the users in control Let us wait for the new Gmail inbox release to get more feedback from users.
